Instructions: Unzip files into a newly created folder
on your computer drive. Go to the control panel (ex. for
Windows: Start > Settings > Control Panel > Sounds and Audio
Devices. Click on "Sounds" tab. Follow directions. Click
on sound, then browse for the West Wing audio you want for
it. Save as... by typing a name for new Sound Scheme.
